Hertfordshire body repair specialist seeks new technicians

One of Hertfordshire’s leading vehicle collision repair centres, Brian Robson Coachworks, is expanding its business in Welwyn Garden City with a scheduled move to bigger premises in early 2019.

As a result, the company is seeking to recruit a number of new technicians in panel, paint and MET (Mechanical, Electrical and Trim).

A busy, challenging and rewarding career with an award-winning and well-respected car body repair operation is available to the right candidates.

All BRC’s panel and paint technicians hold the national IMI Accreditation, governed by the Institute of the Motor Industry, which requires renewal every three years. Our assessors also hold the IMI’s Vehicle Damage Assessor qualification. We invest heavily in training and expect all employees to undertake Continuing Professional Development to ensure their skills and competence stays current.

For over 10 years, Brian Robson Coachworks has been an accredited by the British Standards Institution (BSI) to hold the Kitemark™ for Vehicle Damage Repair (Code BS10125). This prestigious certification demonstrates that our business has been tested independently and audited to ensure we meet and exceed the appropriate standards of quality and safety.

Accreditation to the BS 10125:2014+A1:2016 standard is voluntary but Brian Robson Coachworks decided to conform to this specification to highlight the seriousness with which we take our responsibilities in regard of vehicle repair. The safety of our customers is of paramount importance. The foundation of our business rests on the competence of our team of skilled technicians and administration staff, that all know exactly what’s required to ensure a vehicle is restored to its original condition.

Interested candidates are invited to get in touch with us for an initial discussion.
