About Brian Robson Coachworks (BRC)
Brian Robson Coachworks (BRC) is an award-winning, second generation family run body repair business in Hertfordshire, established more than 40 years ago.
Delivering a complete service to private and trade customers, we specialise in vehicle collision repair and have dedicated accident repair centres in St Albans, Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City.
Having built a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, customer service and competitiveness, BRC have achieved Approved Repairer status with many of the UK’s leading car manufacturers and hold the BSI Kitemark™ for Vehicle Damage Repair, accredited to the standard – BS 10125:2014+A1:2016.
We are, however, able to carry out body repairs on all vehicle models, including prestige models and supercars, as well as vans.
Additional Services
BRC also provides a range of complementary services such as air-conditioning servicing and offers customers whose vehicles are booked in for collision damage repair a 20% discount off any additional bodywork rectification, such as previously incurred scrapes, dents or scratches.

Customers can be sure of professional, courteous and expert care. We understand that dealing with the aftermath of an accident can be a stressful time, which is why Brian Robson Coachworks can manage the claim process for you, even if it wasn’t your fault.

At Brian Robson Coachworks, it’s our stated aim to minimise the impact of our collision repair business on the environment. Wherever possible we recycle and purchase environmentally friendly consumables, as well as implementing practical methods to reduce our energy consumption.
Happy planet, happy drivers! We are committed to reducing emissions and use water-based paint technology alongside SMART repair and paintless dent removal practices to minimise the release of harmful vapours into the atmosphere.
