Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA

Holding Approved Repairer status with all the UK’s leading car brands and the BSI Kitemark™ for Vehicle Damage Repair, we pride ourselves in ensuring our customers receive a professional, courteous and expert service at every step of their repair journey.

Due continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a skilled, customer focused VDA/Estimator to join our professional and experienced team.

You will have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with an outstanding attitude and passions for customer service. With strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, you will be an enthusiastic, dynamic team player with a willingness to learn, develop and keep up-to-date with complex and technical product information.

Your main responsibilities will include compiling accurate estimates in a timely and professional manner using Audatex. Speaking with customers, engineers and insurance companies about repairs to vehicles. Regular discussions with the workshop team about jobs in progress. Invoicing and assisting with administration. Management system used is Autoflow.

• At least 3 years’ experience of working alone in a VDA role

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience / qualifications
