Staff Training
As well as maintaining its family-run heritage and personable customer service, Brian Robson Coachworks operates a responsive business that invests in the latest vehicle technology and staff training.
highly skilled team
When dealing with BRC, peace of mind comes as standard.
Vehicle technology is advancing all the time. The use of aluminium and automotive-grade steels in car construction, as well as carbon fibre and plastic body panels, demands constant skills upgrading.
The importance of skills and current competence runs deep at Brian Robson Coachworks, collision repair specialists in St Albans, Hatfield and Welwyn. They are the lifeblood of our vehicle damage repair business. Continuing professional development is embedded in our culture, so BRC’s team of body repair technicians, account managers, finance and administration executives and directors undertake regular opportunities to enhance their skills and broaden their knowledge.
In our 40-year experience, employees who are supported in their learning and encouraged to stay at the top of their game are more fulfilled and deliver the highest performance. That’s probably one reason why we have a number of staff who’ve served the business for over twenty years.
Industry Trained Staff
In order to achieve the prestigious BSI Kitemark™ for Vehicle Damage Repair, which is held by Brian Robson Coachworks, it is imperative that any required welding and bonding is carried out exactly in accordance with the vehicle manufacturers’ specification.
All BRC’s panel and paint technicians hold the national Automotive Technician Accreditation, governed by the Institute of the Motor Industry, which requires renewal every three years. Our assessors also hold the IMI’s Vehicle Damage Assessor qualification.
As well as further improving our core skills, individual achievements have included a range of supplementary national qualifications and professional recognition, all of which help to elevate Brian Robson Coachworks’ reputation as a collision repair specialist in St Albans and Welwyn that’s second to none.
